Gallatin River Hideaway hosts corporate events and private parties at both Creekside and Bridalveil Venues! We offer 3 options to make your event fun and convenient. Please contact Property Manager Cyndy at 406-539-8413 for details.
WEEKDAY EVENTS
One day only. Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
Eight hour period between 10am and 9pm
Creekside Venue (accommodates up to 200) $4500 + $1500 deposit
Bridalveil Venue (accommodates up to 300) $5500 + $1500 deposit
WEEKEND EVENTS
One day only. Friday, Saturday or Sunday
14 hours total 8am to 10pm
Creekside Venue (accommodates up to 200) $7500 + $1500 deposit
Bridalveil Venue (accommodates up to 300) $8500 + $1500 deposit
HOURLY RATE
Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
Between 10am-10pm
Creekside (accommodates up to 200)
Bridalveil Venue (accommodates up to 300)
$1000 per hour with 3 hour minimum + $1500 deposit. $1000 for each additional hour.
AMENITIES INCLUDED
At Bridalveil, 350 chairs, 35 60” round tables, 15 6’ rectangular tables
At Creekside, 200 chairs, 20 60” round tables, 35 6’ rectangular tables
2 tap keg bar (pony kegs, Ice and 5lb CO2 tank must be purchased elsewhere)
Single speaker with mic and stand
Large Parking Lot (Parking attendants required for 175 guests or more at Bridalveil)
Access to the famous Gallatin River
Outdoor seating with sunbrellas
Horse shoe pits
Beautiful large meadow with gazebo by the creek
Catering kitchen, cold running water, lots of counter space and refrigerators/freezers
Children's play area with swing, clubhouse
